Metals TestingMES performs mechanical, metallurgical, chemical, environmental, and corrosion testing of metals. Our mechanical test lab provides controlled tensile strength, compression, hardness (Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers, Knoop), Impact resistance, friction resistance, 3 point bend, fatigue, shear, strain, and wear resistance testing for a number of environmental conditions.
Our metallurgists will perform a metallographic examination on your samples in our optical lab to determine grain size, impurities, inclusion counts, or heat affects. MES is capable of testing large lot sizes for manufacturing controls and we offer discounted rates for high volume testing.
